Asparagus with Bacon and Goat Cheese Sauce
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed, cooked, cooled and dried
- 3 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 C mayonnaise
- 1 t lemon juice
- 2 sl bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 C milk
Instructions
- Combine the goat cheese, mayonnaise, juice, and bacon in a bowl. Season to taste.
- Whisk in the milk until smooth.
- Plate the asparagus, dress with sauce and serve.
